This was going to be my week of FINALLY posting my runs again. I will warn that I have been having some hip problems lately. So today was suppose to be a nice slow long run. After about a mile my right hip was shooting pain down my leg. By mile two my leg was starting to go numb. I decided to stop and do some light stretching and yoga. I want to get this thing taken care of before it gets worse. But I do promise to start tracking everyday.
