very hot and humi, didnt eat anything before going out, didnt take a water bottle with me------very bad mistakes


Workout was 10 miles as:


first 3 miles easy;
next three @ 1 minute sub 11:00 min pace, followed by 1 minute @ easy and repeat for 3 miles
Next 2 miles easy
Last 2 at what I could hold.


First 8 miles ok, last two horrible, I was bonking, last two miles were combo of run /walk


lesson learned do not go out without water when its hot!
