Swim 100 Miles in 2010 timmaay: 1.5km = 1640 yards = 66 laps ( or 33 up-downs) in a 25 yd pool. Technically, you could stop about halfway through the last one, but then you'd be stuck in the middle of the pool. timmaay: I must just be able to pull this one off. running_marcus: tx jonatuna. that helps!

Swim 250 Miles in 2010 crawbush: Feb. is fly month with my group so I may fall behind a little. For me, fly=work twice as hard and go half as far! butterflyswmr: For the 250 mile pace, our goal is 25 miles by February 5!
